Hi
I just ordered and received the device 2 weeks ago. After using it for 2-3 days, I decided to charge it for the first time. Plugged it in to a charger and nothing happened. Let it charge for a while and when I tried to start the device nothing happened. It stopped working. So i returner the device to where i bought it. It took about a week for the store to receive the device and look at it. I got an email today saying nothing is wrong and that the device works. They even sent me a video of it working. Has this happened to anyone? I tried for a good 30 min to start it, but it didnt work, was complete dead and did nothing when plugged to a charger. It still had about 1/4 of battery when i decided to charge it.

On PS5 Pro my game now looks visibly worse than it did on the base PS5 before the patch - moving hair looks insanely blurry/weirdly wobbly and shadows and textures pop in randomly during basic gameplay.
I’ve tried reinstalling without the patch (I have a physical copy) and it looks stellar and without issues at all on both graphics modes. The patch definitely broke something - at least for PS5 Pro users.
Been holding off playing Dragon Age the veilguard and Horizon ZD till tomorrow 😂

Going to be nice playing ZD with both performance and fidelity on at the same time with pssr on and AI upscalling 👌 next on my list is to get a good 144 hrtz monitor as some game will have uncapped frame rate lime the new mincraft by looks of it

Just got my PS5 Pro, so finally starting with Veilguard. Thought the game was pro optimized, but I see no pro modes? Just fidelity or performance?
Top Comment: Tested both Performance and Fidelity. Performance mode is still where you want to play Veilguard with the PS5 Pro. It enables ray tracing, and some other environmental effects. Armor is definitely better looking. Looks like Fidelity is still locked to 30 FPS and don't really see anything worthwhile with it. Played about 50 hours on base PS5, and hooked up the Pro today.
